So i have designed what i want the fuel system to look like. Tell me what you think. I put a bit of davo bling in there also..

The return line im not sure where it should go into the surge tank so have left that out..

You most definitely do need one of these, it plumbs into the stock return fitting on the in-tank fuel pump assembly.
