Wheels are phat! and pretty serious offset! Gonna need some camber for sure!

yeh looks like Its gonna need some camber only 18x8.5 +30 but I'm hoping the rears will fit nicely without any rubbing. Time will tell atleast I know I won't have any issues with it clearing the brakes. There's a huge amount of clearance.
