Seriously though Tino, and this is after everything I've read in this thread, on these forums, and everything I've seen you do.

Do you really think you'd outflow that Cosworth manifold?

Lets not forget what sort of power Gareth's car made on the STOCK manifold, it was huge....plenty of cars in the states making silly power on stock manifold also.

The Cosworth manifold flows MORE than the stock manifold....15% more!! It's also PROVEN, and plenty of R&D has been done already.

Why not save your time, money and headaches, and pick up a Cossie manifold? its cheap compared to a custom job too!

Joe the figure is more like 10% than 15% from what cosworth have said.. And the cost is 1200-1300 USD shipped which brings it close to 2k AUD thats the price of a custom modified manifold.. It is just like all the other custom manifolds i havent seen any real flow data just people talking about it. Just because it is cosworth dosent mean it is the best.. have a look at the magnus manifold, preety much exactly the same design yet i hear alot of people talk badly about that design??

i like to mix it up and try new things, for better or worse.. i still havent decided which way im going yet...

yeah it does. It's been made by a motorsports engineering company, not a hackjob seagull welder in his backyard

Yeah I get ya.

So basically, you're going to spend your 2k on an unproven manifold.

It'll probably look pretty, will probably flow okay, but its unproven so who knows if its losing power or making decent power for what it is?

Also you'll probably blow the welds apart again and you'll have to sell the remains of the manifold on the forum after taking photos of it in your underwear like last time.

Good call!

Thats a low blow joe brining my underwear into this...

Is the cosworth manifold proven??? I have yet to see any flow data except for people on forums saying that it flows 10% more and has 200% bigger volume (what size are they comparing to?? the plenum volume or including runner volume). There is no info on the runner lengths, what the plenum is designed for...

So please tell me how this is a proven manifold??
