Fair point.

In that case..

I severly hope you didnt pay that much for those. Its a lot of money just so you can stroke it with with the S-Series boys on a friday afternoon.

PS: Nice ninja edit

for a car that is a 'no expense spared' article why not spend that sort of coin on seats? anything else would be a compromise in your eye's hey T

Got nothing to do with the s boys.. Have wanted these seats even before the 204s were in the picture. Just couldnt find a set for one and two didnt have the balls to pull the trigger until now...

And as Terry said the seats are hot property with the GTR boys considering the recaro spx-100 (which is exactly the same seat) in carbon back cost nearly 12k just for the seats no rails and without delivery... So in that comparison i think it was a good buy..

If thats the case, good for you. Personally i just think a set of the carbon-backed Bride's wouldve sufficed, for a lot less dosh.

Anywho, onwards with the updates.

Blair, before i took the plunge i had a look at all the aftermarket seats avaliable and costs.. prodrives 6K plus rails.. Brides carbon 5K plus rails... Then there is delivery..

So none of these options would have been cheaper than the seats i wanted and got... Plus i got the back seat which is the same trim as teh fronts. With the aftermarket seats i would have had a mismatch- another 500-1000 to get that retrimmed..

Are you starting to get my point now

Lol. Ok, sorry, im still basing this on the price ive found. Since ive no idea how much you actually ended up paying, then yeah, your probably right, it may have been a good option.

Not trying to offend or upset anyone, but real race seats are fixed back.

these are just super flash, I like them, but they are no race seat.
