that is nearly as good as it can get really, all you can do is peak the green line to a point (following the curve) and that is the maximum it can do.

Stace what do u mean by "peak the green line to a point and that is maximum it can do" mean??

IMO i think that i have reached the limit of flow on this setup, however it is doing it alot more efficiently now and i am making a ton more torque nearly 50 nm over the old manifold setup, and it staays at the max torque for a long time before dropping off. However i would have still liked to see if increasing the boost by say 1-5 psi would have netted over 600. Or whether it pretty much is the wall (that is what i was hoping to try on Friday).

After all that, could you not replace the head gasket, hoses and just leave it at 500odd HP? Or has it done a little more damage then expected?

Yeh if its the headgasket then we will sort that out by either o-ring the head and going with a phusion head gasket. I will also refresh the short block with new bearings.

But its suspected that we may have damaged the block.. This will make the short block junk and will be heart breaking. I will then need to reasess what i need to do. Remember sean has smashed the 207 with 50psi of boost and 35R. So can still make bulk power..

Makes you wonder about the japanese sticking with the forged 2ltr blocks rather then going to the 2.5's. They must know something! Sounds a little bit scooby doo if you ask me!

Well theres a limit to driveability with sticking with a 2.0ltr block, i.e theres a limit in size of turbo u can use to get a nice spread of power hence why people have tried to go with a 2.5ltr block. It would mean that i would have to drop down to a 35R and want to rev the block out to 9k which may pose other issues.

Also 2.5ltr block gives a shit load more torque which doesnt just peak like a 2.0ltr. Power is one thing but its the fat torque curve that you want.

Im hoping that its a simple headgasket... Pray for me...

Ohhh i am Tino, i am praying for you hehe. Seems to have been a rollercoaster the entire time! I realise the extra 500cc of displacement will spool a turbo easier, but there is nothing wrong with going with a 2.2, 2.35, 2.4ltr stroker kit!
