Yeah, Toby's car was originally a WR Blue '04 Spec C which was first built up for Brad Markovich......in fact I had first dibs on that car at JWS and was going to build it into a road/track car but Dodgy Daz stuffed me around too much...kept changing the goal posts (I'm sure you know his modus operandi)...so I bailed and Bradley bought it. Since then it has had two upgrades. All I ended up getting out of that car was the front titanium strut brace which still lives on my MY06.

Speaking of competitive track cars, what ever happened to Ross Lockhart's MMS-built GC8? That had a lot of good shit on it...6 speed etc, etc...and was very well built.
And then there's Mr Flood's '06 Spec C still for sale...

I would suspect quite a bit...which is probably why it's been for sale for a long time...

I think he was talking about somewhere near $100k. He has had it on the market for ages. It is a genuine spec C with chrome moly cage, motec, ohlins suspension (i think. it certainly has the remote canisters), seats, harnesses etc. It is a really well built good solid car. I think he needs to realise that it is no longer the best technology and needs to price it accordingly.

Is a great car but if you were going to throw that much money at a new (or basically new) car then you would build an my08 / 09. All that extra torque for the win and no more weight.

...and as long as you don't look at it when you walk up to get in it, you could probably control the projectile vomiting
