Default Odd power loss problem...

Hey Everyone,

just recently noticed that while driving, car seems to lose power, and slowly decelerates. when i step on the accelerator, it jerks a couple of times. i step on the accelerator several times then it'll go back to normal. does anyone have any idea what this problem could be??

Cheaper option first ie service, just change plugs, leads, fuel filter, air filter etc and see how it goes...

Your profile says "my00"

If so it's your airflow meter FAILING OR FAILED.

DO NOT DRIVE ON BOOST UNTIL IT'S CHECKED OUT!!!

Otherwise........... BOOM new engine time.

What air filter is on it?

AFM is a known issue with my99-00......Buy two and keep one in the glovebox.
