Default Is this 2 door STI a good deal?

Everytime I look at this I Feel like I'm missing out.

http://www.japanesewholesale.com.au/...rod_detail=758

Especially when you see 22B's for $90,000+ all the time on the internet. Im still learning about Subarus...

I know its an unregistered Jap import But Im sure you could either license it (Or a dodgy plate swap hehe)

Its a lot cheaper then most WRX's I see on the market and it looks like only minimal damage.

It's worth it for a track car on the cheap but goodluck trying
to do a dodge rego deal as it's a 2 dr and you'll have to rego
it as a 4dr!!!! If you get caught and have to take it over the
pits and you'll have to sew up your ass as you'll be heading
behind bars!

Yes they sold 2drs here but no you cant register it here for road use as
the rule is if it was sold here in any form you cant import it for road rego
unless it a personal import where you have to live OS and own the car for
a minimum of 12mths in that country.

If it was easy we would all be driving around in Jap spec STi's, unfortunately
its not.

Can't be regoed because it's imported for track or wrecking purposes only, yes they did sell 2 doors here.
Run someone over or get T boned by a drunken coon while driving an unregistered grey import and you'll need more than knitting needles to fix your arse cos big Bubba will be your husband for a few years.
We've already got one idiot who drives around in a certain 2 door on false plates, I think that's enough for one small city.

Oh well.

I have seen a couple of coupes around over the years.

Thought it was too good to be true.

An aus 2dr shell is rarer than hens teeth, also would really be worth
all the hassles and costs, just buy a genuine aus delivered 2dr.

They pop up every now and then for appx mid $20-30k.
