Gav, most of these weights that people have put up here are for 5 speed flywheels, which by design will always be lighter than a 6 speed flywheel.
I have a brand new sti chromolly lightweight 6 speed flywheel to go into mine with a jim berry clutch, when I do the engine swap back to a 207 and go away from the carbon fibre twin plate. I would recommend a japanese brand over any others, a jun lightweight like stace said or a sti lightweight as examples. check out japanparts, nengun, perfectrun etc for prices

Gav, Ron has a fly/clutch set-up just removed from his car as is "may not" be up to 500+hp and smassive torque, nothing wrong with it and very nice to drive.
Its a ~6kg crome moly flywheel and 9 puk ceramic set-up, give the big fella a call |
