Personally i would recommend the exedy sports tuff, that way you know your getting all brand new parts and spigot + release bearing.

If it was me i would get jim berry to build me a clutch... you might pay the extra coin but it will last alot longer and he will build it to suit your requirements etc, on another note i have had first hand experience with mms button clutch and heavy duty clutch, the heavy duty clutch wont last you mate the excedy sports tough is also much more drivable on another note the mms button clutch takes a beating and performs well!! my 2c anyway

Boxor - its the internet, everyone has their different views and opinions
you ask a question, and you'll get a variety of feedback
so, take everyone of them as an opinion
you are at the end of the day forking out the $, so ultimately, you decide

thanks Inspired ! majority says to go with the mms clutchie - i think ill give that one a try. I do tend to thrash the sti now and then, hopefully it will go the distance, guess it just comes down to wear and tear.

soo how long did the mms heavy duty last you ? mms told me that their clutch would be easier to drive everyday basis then the exedy
