Pretty sure it was close to that and I'm unsure about the time but this was after a few wines.

I don't know about you guys but the first thing I do when I see the flashing lights in my rear view is drop it back a gear, as its definitely more viable to start a chase and possibly kill yourself/someone else rather then get a metaphorical wrap across the knuckles or a hundred or so dollars fine etc
