performance car or not, dont they have to stop the chase if it exceeds a certain speed limit?

Once you get over the fact that the report was all about increasing the cost of purchasing advertising time for the television station, all the rest is bullshit.

as much as i'd be interested in watching this segment, i'm pretty sure i've seen it before many times over, so fairly nonplussed about missing it...

one thing i find concerning is that it seems they are now pushing the envelope to compare car enthusiasts to hardened criminals...i see no fair comparison able to be drawn between the damage done by murderers, granny bashers, thieves & drug dealers to their fictitious media fuelled "hoon" problem.
