no. the pod sits in the guard so you shouldnt have any issues.

i thought they were all illegal unles the pod is in a fixed position like being bolted down. Then u have to get it engineered approved, then it is legal

cops can do what they want, if you're worried about getting a yellow sticker, don't modify your car at all. Most coppers will pull you over take a look under the bonnet and not have a clue what they are looking at, whether its modified or stock. Blow off valves, stupidly loud exhausts and driving like a dick is going to get you a sticker without fail. CAI's are nothing to worry about.

as its in the guard, you cant see it. If its just a pod stuck on the end of your intake and it sits unsecured in the enginebay, you will get a sticker.

Not illegal but you will need a tune though!

just like how mine is lol, but its on a nice looking SS intake pipe so it looks lagit.
