I definitely wouldn't mess with this stuff myself. I'm happier to pay more and get it done properly. My ethos with this car is to keep it in perfect condition as I want to be able to say it's been really well looked after when I come to sell it.

Doubt it, airbags units cost a shitload.

what is wrong with your steering wheel?

how is the wheel itself (not including airbag) any different to other wrx/sti wheels of the same vintage?

Why not worry about these things when you go to sell the car and just put the wear and tear on the current items ?

i'm a perfectionist want my car to be perfect at all times.

The steering is just a little worn through general use on the sides.. nothing major. The same with the gear-know.. i've had them re-furbed and they just don't look right. hopefully picking up a gearknob and surround from PMH, and have someone PM'ing me about the steering wheel so i might be all sorted

After those bits are done, i'll start thinking about Exhausts and intake upgrades.. but to do that i need more cash!
