I dont know how you are paying for it but the banks wont be real happy about securing a loan with a 6 year old car let alone a 9 year old one.

IMHO go the my11.

AHG is not hard on cars. Barbagallo is horrendously hard on them. i.e. use barbs sparingly and spend more time out at AHG.

I would personally go the newer car as well.
It is always nice to have something new & with warranty.

Head vs heart as others have said, i voted for the MY11 wrx. Great for a daily and mild mods for some tracking.

This is coming from a modded 05 sti owner, lovely car, good for all things but its bumpy and noisy. Uses alot of fuel. :-)
