Pretty much the one car I have always wanted... Market value around 60k?

Just looking through carsales and there is one in nsw with 30k's on it for 85k...

looks like it has VIN plates on each strut tower, so could be aus-delivered?

On the right strut tower, is that a vin plate or a sticker? Could be a personal import vin sticker?
Also, is that a heater hose sitting on top of the rh strut tower?
