I am lucky to get about 410-420km out of BP lately... switched to Caltex today to see how much I get this week.

Shell makes about 450km.

Oh and this is using about 45L.

I use Peak +98, cheaper then all the rest, by a couple of cents anyway, still get discounts if I shop at IGA. And I get about 420km to a tank around the city. Never had an issue with it. There is NO WAY its worth paying at least 7-10 cents a litre more for Ultimate

I use bp ultimate as near my place and go past it on the way out. Car is tuned for it, so happy to run with it. Getting around 300kms per tank at the moment.

No idea how much I get out of a tank. When she is empty, the nearest station that has 98 is it, do not look at cost, do not look at brand. I fail as a prudent subi owner

Average about 500-550km out of a tank, mostly from driving off boost with the occasional squirt.
Always filled up with BP as the two nearest petrol stations are BP.

^ I'd like to see the milage you get from Shell V-power. I'll bet you anything that you get 30km more per tank at least. Give it a couple of fill-ups and you'll see!

Gettin between 400 to 450 per tank lately on V-Power.
Average over the last 3 or 4 tanks is 10.6l per 100km.

I was quite surprised by the average considering the way I drive.
I expected it to be much higher.

bumping for some updated figures. I've been running on strictly BP for almost 5 years now without even looking at other sources. I had the fuel light come on almost religiously at 400kms no matter how I drove or what mods I had. Only when I had extended highway sessions would I get up to 450kms before the fuel light.

Decided to give shell a go this week to see what all the fuss is about. In that tank I had a night at kwinana motorplex and a drive through the hills that was spirited enough to warrant a 'careless driving' infringment.

550kms and the light finally came on. Needless to say I am converted.
