@1.36 bar I made 241 kw and 502nm A.T.W.

now 1.9 bar, still waiting for it to die so I can rip out the 2.5 P.O.S. and put the '207 back in!

How long have you been running 27/28 psi in your 2.5 for?

In a 2.5 with standard internals!? Would you mind listing your supporting mods?

BP or Shell 98.
Bigger injectors, fuel rails, pump, pressure regulator.
HKS turbo on Tomei headers with Greddy/Trust 80mm Ti exhaust.
APS cold air intake and front mount intercooler.
MY06 spec C camshafts in otherwise stock block EJ255.
Creative tuning.

Is that 4 years as a daily though, or just as a weekend warrior? Who tuned it? 500nm would be funsters, why is it a POS? :P

not a daily.

I work FIFO, so it is not often driven.

The car will be nicer and worth more with the spec C '207 motor back in it.

The '207 will have subtle enhancements and stilll go alright if you get my drift.

The '255 owes me very little and I'm just pushing/testing it's limits.

I am expecting it to eventually go pop with a "big bang".

It was previously tuned by the late (and great) Steve Wisby, I have fiddled with it since then.
