Is Shannons aware that your car isn't always in a secure garage at home? I am pretty sure if you told them that it wasn't, then they probably wouldnt have covered you in the first place.
Keen to see how this pan's out as i am also with Shannons and wouldnt mind knowing.

If they knew it was parked at the camp down south overnight sometimes then they would adjust his premium accordingly, or would have denied his insurance policy upfront. If im not mistaken the car needs a secure garage overnight to be considered at Shannons in the first place (for this very reason). I hope they approve his claim, but to be honest i reckon its 50:50
