Default Decent Coilovers - Mainly Street Driven

All,

I know there are a few coilovers for the Subies that are around the $1000-$1500 mark, however I find them too harsh for a daily driver like my car is.

Is there anything out there that is nice on the road, my missus will not get in my car, whinges her box off!!

I was thinking the KW's...

Any other suggestions please?

cheers

Isnt KW a high end brand and for track use mostly? Like Ohlins, DMS

HSD HS for street use or the STD one are pretty good

My HSD HR on "soft" mode is pretty good daily

I read a article in the latest motor mag, KW's on a late Sti, seemed to be good feedback!

I have KW V3 on my WRX. Great on the street and they can be set nice and soft. They have good adjustability for the track but I dont think that is what you are looking for anyway. They are also a bit more pricey than what you are looking at although they do the V1 and V2 which are cheaper.

2nd HSD HR for street use daily driver Gav.

Come for a drive in the Foz and see for yourself. Getting the spring rates right is bloody important.

I think Gav wants something more subtle where he can get full travel close to factory shocks.
