Default Shifting tips

Hey all looking for some tips on smoother shifting throughout the gear range on the rex. This is my first all wheel drive car and im finding it a bit hard to get smooth gear changes without a bit of jerk(im assuming with awd this is because there is a lot more rotational mass being engaged?) i can get nice smooth gear changes but i have to ride the clutch a tiny bit while matching the revs. Is this the right way to do it? I just dont want to wear out my clutch
Oh and i can take off fine its just every gear after first im having a hard time with.

Thanks,
Nathan

Just the standard clutch. And as i said i can smoothly shift if i accelerate and slowly left off the clutch(2nd through to 5th) but wont this accelerate clutch wear or is there a fine line between riding it and letting it off fast enough that it doesnt wear it quicker?

(sorry if these are noob questions, just wanted to be safe than sorry)

Getting used to the car will improve your technique, dont rush the gearset and dont let the clutch out all the way till you have engaged a small amount of engine pressure on the gear.

Another tip is to just use the brakes to slow down, the are cheaper to fix then learning to revmatch on the way down and killing 2nd prematurely.
