Subaru Osborne Park is good because Shane, the dealer principal, is mates with Dean Herridge and Bill Hayes from MMS, so they have a good understanding about the sort of people who buy wrx's and what they want to do to them.

Great Place to deal with, took my car their for its first 5000km/3 Month Service last week. No Problems.. but next service its off to MMS (they understand the car better) and they use "better" products... and wont remove my K&N filter and turf it.. or rotate my rims and tyres and have the rotation pattern the wrong way n shit... lol (not that this has happened to me, but im sure its a possibility)

Bought my car at Subaru Osborne Park. Had my first 2 services there. Sales and service have both been excellent in my opinion. 'Craig' on the service desk is quite helpful.

Interview with Herridge (during the V8 coverage) said he was getting backing from the the Subaru dealerships of WA to help with his ARC rounds etc.

Well, i guess im the exception to the rule...
Dealt with the service manager personally at city subaru for 2 services now (one major service) and i was quite pleased.
The guy rang me twice to talk to me about my car, what was going on, what they were doing exactly and the extent and history of some of the mods. They were polite and careful, and sounded quite thorough with my car.
Slight fuckup with the cleaning product they used in their auto carwash (it screwed the polished surface on my rims) so they had my rims re-polished professionally and changed the chemical they used in their machine.
Maybe things have changed in 2-3 months?

lies! lies I tell you!!! hehe j/k man

I have personally never had a good experience with a dealer service senter. I have owner an Outlander VRX for about two months. The GPS is fucked, the stupid DVD wont open and give back my cd and the radio aerial isn't connected properly. Its a fucken shit fight to get it replaced. I'm seriously going to go to another dealership and trade in for an evo soon. Fucken useless service staff

One for Ozzy park. Year or so ago, my clutch was feeling a bit funny,i didnt really look at it, i took it to osb park, a was immediately told "common Prob, you need a new slave, clutch assembly etc, THEY DIDNT LOOK AT IT, the guy starts adding it up, over a grand, i thought wtf, a new cylinder, etc, i know enough to know that was crap, i disputed it, they had a look and found a $2 stopper on the top of the clutch peddle had broken!! NO doubt, they would have done the work and Ripped me off!! CANT trust any of the dealers, like the cops, they have quotas to be filled
