Default Aux input

Hi folks, sorry if this is a really dumb question, but after deciding to risk my manliness I'm going to ask here because you will no doubt know the answer. On my 07 Lib GT Mac stereo there is an aux button and on the front panel it says something about Mp3 and WMA but for the life of me I cannot find an input. What am I missing (apart from the input!)

The aux input should be in the center console if your car has it. Some models didn't come with it but still have the aux button on the headunit though.

Thanks Impresive. I can't see it there (only sig lighter) so I figure mine didn't come with it which seems really odd. I wonder if its possible to retro fit something...

Yes but the cable is a rip off. It cost over $100 when I fitted mine years ago.

What you want is an anycar link or grom unit.

Dependant on what model you chooses you can stream music via Bluetooth or plug in or USB or all 3

@Scary, I'm thinking I can't do usb as there is no input at all. It doesn't seem to have bluetooth either.

@Marti, thank for the info. Can I get a Subaru dealer to install it (I am hopeless DIY) or just go to an audio install place. If I can do the latter I might do that as I need some sort of hands free kit installed too. Let me know if anyone has any recommendations for this sort of work. Much obliged.

Rada - the units ARE the USB and bluetooth modules and plug into the stereo via the AUX / Nav inputs on the head unit. Some models than allow control of USB/phone etc via steering wheel controls.
