i had just sway bars, ALK, struts braces and lots of camber and a really good alignment, and had a seriously fast and excellent handling car around MC and the track...

i think you should get an alignment BEFORE you hit the track, it sounds undriveable as it is, the track will just make it ten times worse..

tyre pressures should be around the 36-38psi mark

is this enough mods for suspension to produce maximum handling:

Coil overs
anti lift kit
sway bars
strut brace
With that setup, Subaru will probably ask for your car as a standby in the next rally australia

SUBARU WRX/STI HANDLING PACK KSUB01H $660

These kits deliver the best value "bang-for-the-buck", handling is dramaticly improved over standard without affecting ride height or comfort. Kits typically include heavy-duty sway bars ("Blade" adjustable in some cases); critical alignment or chassis products along with performance rated polyurethane suspension bushes. Great for street use.
This Whiteline Kit is the ideal first step for improved handling without compromise.

http://www.alldayperformance.com.au/prod857.htm

Minimum if not buying package:

(1) - Rear 22mm Adjustable Sway Bar ($230) or 24mm Fixed Read Sway Bar
- buy Alex's.
https://www.whiteline.com.au/store/d...p?part=BSR20XZ
http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/sale/6283-whiteline-rear-sway-bar.html

(2) - Anti/Lift Castor Kit - Comfort $220 ish
https://www.whiteline.com.au/store/d...sp?part=KCA361

then when $$$ permit

(3) Front swaybar ...22mm fixed
(4) Rear H.Duty links / Front H.Duty Links
(5) Front upper tower brace
(6) Rear H. Duty swaybar chassis mounts
(7) Camber bolts (or preferably adjustable top hats)
(8) Koni top adjustable shocks
(9) Rear upper tower brace
(10) Front under brace

Anyone that tells you that the Anti Lift kit is not needed knows nothing about CASTOR or has adjustable Strut top hats.

A good WHEEL ALIGNMENT is your best friend.

Hope this helps
Jamie.

And other options:

John at Wheels World would be able to get these kits (or any Whiteline Outlet for that matter)

thanks heaps guys will definately look into that whiteline handling kit then later when my wallet overcomes it serious health probs, will look it the rest.

I decided that all i want is a huge front mount and new computer, all the rest will go towards making the handling perfect.

thanks again

the wrx i have found will have the back slide out on you if you let off the accelerator just before the apex.... its much better to just floor it in 2nd and get a proper slide going rather than the back come around to say hi.

Talking

yeh looks like i am gonna head down to wheels world.

Just another question anyone know where there is a big open smooth road or area where i would be alone and not be able to injure anyone but myself, where one can go to practice such driving skill improvement techniques. (hopefully S.O.R)

PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!!!
