I am thinking of buying the BEE R rev limiter.

It cuts ignition to keep your engine at the set rev limit while clutch is engaged. Apparently it builds boost nicely and also gives big flames for maccas drive thru. It also allows for flat shifting as it drops your revs back to your preset launch point every time the clutch is engaged.

Not sure what you mean mate.

Launching by yourself = Throttle to certain revs, slightly pulse throttle, drop clutch - No boost on launch so it is slower.

Launching with LC = Throttle to the floor, watch boost rise, wait for revs to be bouncing upwards, drop clutch - Boost on launch makes it faster.

I personally don't think it takes the fun out of it. It does take away a bit of the driver input (i.e. skill) as you launch usually at your pre-set limit wanting the fastest time you can get. Having said that, if you want to launch at a lower limit, you still can do that manually.

Fun and skill is launching a 5 speed at rev limit and not breaking anything

How much is Verso launch control if you already have a tune do you know John?

I checked on MY06 Al, they are still testing on MY06 and no word on when it will be ready. Sean told me it would just cost me another hour on dyno once they had it ready to release.
