That said, they rate your fines and i think mine rated somewhere out towards deep space Higher rating goes, worse it gets!

That said, they cant cancel a policy in the middle of the term afaik. Only at the end. Paul will be able to give u a solid answer!

All my insurance companies have been aware of my traffic history and all slugged me accordingly
Insurance company's can cancel a policy mid term under the Insurance Contracts Act however it is for specific and somewhat limited reasons. Generally to do with Duty of Disclosure issues.

If you have speeding fines / traffic infringements / convictions and loss of license and your company asks you for the info TELL THEM!! Better to get a decline up front than to pay for a policy you may never be able to use.... You may end up on one of those marvelous "current affair" programs talking about how your company wont pay your claim

Age: 18
Car: 2006 MY07 Impreza wrx. Subwoofer, gearknob and mudflaps extras from Subaru also noted. Car is garaged.
Agreed Value: 42k
Suburb: Martin (although down as Gosnells on their records)

Insurer: Just Cars, full comprehensive
Cost: $2500
Excess: $1500
Notes: I'm still on P Plates, I've had no traffic infringements or accidents... yet. lol. I'm female (apparently it helps, Just Cars said if I was male the price would have been around 3k). Only two other insurance companys would cover me... and we rang pretty much everyone. My Dad rang Shannons and they wouldn't even touch the car!

RAC provided the best rate comparing to other insurance company which ranges from 2-3k per yr and that would not include your modifications.
