I do get strange looks from the neighbours for washing my car all the time, like when it's been raining.
They don't seem to understand that the rain doesn't scrape brake dust off the rims....

that model always looks great with the front finished with cf lip. Ask "Kato" about how well the "snow-plow" lasted on his previous car

Yeah, 100k is always exxy, but needs to be done. Mines now done 130kms in total (44000kms in 4 years of my ownership) and continues to function after I give it a good belting Suppose it comes down to how much maintenace your prepared to put in i.e., if you "drive" it often, then expect to maintain it "often".

Welcome to PWRX, interesting fourm name, im sure it'll be obvious once you explain the meaning to us

Get a good quality CF lip and mount it on properly (I used structural bolts )

As said in other threads, my lip went into walls, kerbs, cones, you name it and other than scratches was fine.

That makes me feel much better actually. I imagine you would have had quite a bit done to it in that time, new motor, gear box etc (unless those 99's really are that tough!)

I suppose any car can keep going as long as you are prepared to throw money at it....

I guess being CF you didn't really notice the scratches much either?
What brand was yours?

I got mine from ProcessWest.

99% of scratches are on the bottom so you dont see them.
