oh really? yeah it was very nice when i went for a test drive, only thing really wrong was it is the left taillight seal is broken, so its dripped water in the bottom and theres condensation on the inside of the light.

Tomorrow im going to unscrew the taillight and air it out, then silicon seal it. Couple of minor scratches here and there, but not very noticible.. And the km/s were rather high too (170k) but im enjoying it heaps

very common problem, factory taillights never leak but once they have been replaced they always do. pull them out, throw the shitty aftermarket ones away, and sikaflex the nice nongay factory ones back in place.

yeah those lights will be cheap china aftermarket crap.

We are having one of our big official cruises in memory of Colin McRae in September - Check out the events section for whats going on. I run track days about 6 or 7 times a year so you can push the car to it's limits...

As for mods, don't bother reinventing the wheel. Do what's been proven.

Bug eye sti already has so many good parts, brembos, forged internals, 6 speed etc etc.

Look at a Verso Tune (search that) and look at putting a Turbo Back Exhaust on it and a couple of other supporting mods, fuel pump, injectors etc.. and you should get a nice kick in the pants over stock - and probably better fuel economy too.

yeah im getting raped in the fuel department..

i was planning on getting a new fuel pump, new ecu (or retune the stock one), umm, new turbo back exhaust.. What are your thoughts on converting to the 2.5L instead of the 2.0L? (i dont know what differences there are and price listings on this, but its an idea)

haha don't ever change from the 2.0L motor. It's a tried and tested motor.

Do us all a favour - do some searching. This forum has a shedload of info...
