yes i agree but you are right about the mesh its just a case of can i really be bothered taking the bodykit apart to replace it lol

Just a question how would a aftermarket BOV make the car run rich if it is installed correctly ???

That TMIC looks like it's copped a fair beating. If it were me I would be also getting that replaced.

You have an air flow meter just at the filter. This meters how much air is in the system. An atmospheric BOV releases that metered air, so now your air fuel ratio is out - you have more fuel than air, i.e. rich.

Top mount will be replaced with a process west one as soon as I've bought rims : D priority is rims ATM but it will look awesome with the bigger TMIC

figured id update you on my build : D the next mods planned are
1. NGK spark plugs
2. Moroso expansion tank
3. Blue silicone hoses
4. Walboro fuel pump
5. Fuel rail (not sure on brand i like the hks one but must look into other options)
6. Blue DeatschWerks Fuel Injectors Top Feed 850cc (recommendations on this would be nice as i am not 100% on these)
7. New fuel pressure regulator
8. Perrin pulley cover

and all this will be done by the end of january as long as it is all appropriate
; ) then onto a Process west TMIC can't wait.

and does any one have suggestions on the best engine management system?
