1998 wrx ra gc8
Warm greetings and salutations to all members.
A little bit about myself... Well, I have been a pround Torana owner and enthusiast for over 16 years. I still am, but something has happened to me lately. What can I say? I'm turning Japanese I think I'm turning Japanese I really think so. I recently purchased a 1998 WRX RA unlicensed. This is my first Japanese car and my first turbo, now the task ahead is to get her licensed and go forward from there. |

The car was previously registered in Victoria, but has been in WA and unlicensed for the past 3 years.
The guy I bought it from was in Two Rocks, so it is possible it was for sale on the side of the road north of the river. Yeah, I have seen the thread here from 2010 when he tried to sell it. It was overpriced and you guys shot him down in flames! The panel and paint is looking a little bit tired at the moment, but I want to get it licensed first before I worry too much about that. I took her over the pits last week. They did not pick too much really. I have found a set of stock GD rims and tyres here that will solve the oversize tyre issue, now I just need to find a few stock GC8 items like standard airbox, standard shocks & springs (it has adjustables on it now), standard BOV and an indicator arm switch that self-cancels. |
