Sounds great. Is it just me or does the press release omit the actual date of the CBD stage?

Thanks! My nephew (3 or 4 years old) was mad keen on the air race, especially with rellies whose apartment overlooks Langley Pk. He was not happy to hear 'no more planes', but I think 'lots of noisy cars' will cheer him up again.

So who's keen to do a club display for this awesome event?
I'll put my hand up as I'm always keen to put the bunky
on display.

Chances of a space being available would be pretty slim.

Get behind it. If they get thousands of spectators the event can only grow to bigger things. The Forest rally Busselton stage started out small and has now grown to 2 full days of racing where you can run your road car.

Those who can remember the Northbridge Rally Aus stages back in the day will agree it was truly epic!

I've been going to this event for the past few years, although missed the year Brocky died . Its really a good event.

The problem with more spectators is that the officials drag the spectator points further away from the corners due to "safety" concerns, but with out the public support there is no event, and now I have the 100-400mm lens photos aren't as much a problem.

I have actually mentioned to the organisers after the Targa South West that running some of the smaller stages as a seperate event in the same way the Speed Event Series gets to use the Busselton foreshore when the Forest Rally guys are out on the dirt would be awesome. Hopefully it something they do next year
