Do they enforce the Comp speed limit in the same way they do in Challenge or is it just a "gentlemen's" speed limit?

Black Viper of Summers met its end on John Forrest Reverse this arvo.
Along with a red EVO whose driver I dont recall.

Saw Damien of Stechnic fame going hard in the Commodore at the end of Kalamunda stage today.
Lister is holding 2nd and Franz 5th in the Competition Modern category.
