The dyno was at TEG Sport http://www.tegsport.co.uk/default.cfm These guys build rally cars (mainly subarus) for a lot of major teams over here. So, i think its fair to trust them.
A few of the guys that took part had been to Prosport a few weeks ago and produced similar figures as the teg dyno so, it must be about right.
I know they do tend to differ slightly and very rarely do you get two dyno's that give the same results.
There are a few other mods to the engine but didnt want to post them all up as it is pretty std compared to a lot of others on here.
Other graph shows boost peaking at slightly above 1.4 bar

Guys don't compare dyno readings. None are wrong.

Unless you want to fly your cars over to this dyno and run them up you can't compare.

Not sure i'd consider 1.4bar standard on any Rex mate.....but its all good....as long as your happy with the post tune results and the bum dyno feels a difference, thats all that matters.

have you been down the strip? If so do you have a terminal speed?

With that kind of power I would expect around 115mph or more...?

With that sort of power should be expecting 119-120mph....

and a mid to high 11 on a GD chasis..

Id belive that figure when its run at the strip..

JDM Type R heads > aussie heads! especially on a 257 at 1.4bar

also assuming 4.44 gear box and 16 degree air temps I'm sure on an aussie dyno it would lose some of that power. But regardless, thats a quick car!

Agreed, 1.4bar is not standard-ish boost though. 1 Bar is standard. Its basically another 5 pounds thrown into it.
