NIX WRX at standard level

Speaking of boost, was thinking of keeping it to 18psi and under. Seems to be the go with this turbo, at least given what I've been able to research about it. I think that's still safe for standard WRX internals as well?

Will see what whoever ends up tuning this has to say about it of course...
