I still have the cat in my car and quite happily use the anti-lag. It just won't blow flames with it in. Of course this is a cat under the car not in the up pipe

It took less than a day for my cat to blow out the exhaust in glowing embers once I had A/L fitted, but they can survive some A/L use but I'd just remove it now as when the cat dies (which will eventally happen) it can cause blockages causing boost issues.

Just send a vicious dog up the pipe to kill the cat. Otherwise stick the head of the cat in a gumboot and just newter the bugger.

Problem solvered ;-)

Thanks for the feedback. Decided to go with Ecutek custom tune, injectors, fuel pumps and probably VF34 instead. Given the current level of mods I don't think I'll fully utilise the max potential of autronic.

Given the level of mods and budget I'm a happy man if I can hit 300bhp.
