Don't forget if all 4 tyres add up to more than $1000 australian you will get hit with imports duties. Two orders fairly close together may get linked and sting you anyway.

Just make sure you get the sums right or you might get a nasty surprise.

I believe P-Zero Corsa's are often used as an OEM fitment with the likes of Aston Martin, Porsche and various other high end euro manufacturers so they cant be all that bad!

I have also read that Dunlop Sport Maxx are supposed to be of a similar quality and are even used as control tyres for a few race series.

Also has anyone bought tyres through tirerack.com before
if so what is the shipping cost like as i cant seem to find
any international shipping calcs.

Tirerack has some good prices too.
Yep, had them on my old car...got them from Wheels World, 550$ a tire. They are road legal R-specs.

Awesome grip when warm and will last if you dont flog them. But after a while (10,000kms) the rubber goes off and they dont have as much grip as a "good" street tire. Can be very average in the wet. As I found out. once.

Sweet, cheers mate.

The ones i have at the moment are the original ones and have seen 20,000kms
and are still practically new so happy with that.

Just want to get some spares whilst i got spare cash.

Will ring John and see what the current prices are, still keen on tirerack.com
though.

Nah they are not the ones that come on the 204,
the ones that come on the 204 have 2 channels
in the centre of the tyre.

Like this:

I "Think" they are called Directionale and Asimmetrico will have to check when i get the car back, there are quite a few different tread patterns for the Pzero Corsa.

The ones pictured are a little bit cheaper than the full slick.

Between $285-343US ea.

Is anyone here currently running the Yoko S-Types? Are they are much better tyre compared to the Kuhmo KU36?

Time for new tires for a set of 18x 8' on my 06STi. dont care about wear or price too much. Looking for the best grip in the dry plus reasonable grip in wet.

So far im leaning towards KU36's or re 070's do the 070's come in the right size for 18's? What else should I be looking at?
