Default backfire

I am getting backfire when i switch gears on higher levels of boost. I know this is probably due to the hks bov i just recently installed, as i wasnt having this issue previously. Just wondering what damage the backfire is doing to my car? any help would be great

Definately BOV.
Uses a tad more fuel, makes a bit of soot.

Its Recommended that you get a re-tune now that the BOV and boost controller have been put back on.

It may fix your backfire issue.

Won't damage anything.. it's just unburnt fuel which ignites in the exhaust
