Bit of a thread hijack, looking at rebuilding the donk in my old girl, where do most of you go for reconditioning/servicing your heads? And what sort of cost is it?
In regards to a new EJ207, Jarvis Parts has no listings at the mo, anywhere else as cheap as them for a short motor?

Machining and servicing of cylinder heads. Inc. setting cams, valves, springs, machining seats etc. - $1393
Mild port and polish cylinder heads - 8hrs x $90 = $792 (inc. GST) Buffs and materials for porting and polishing - $140 Match port intake manifold (discounted) - 1hr x $90 Sounds expensive, but in my opinion, high/free flowing heads make a huge difference. I made the same power on 13psi on my new build (which is essentially a stock 207 with head work) as i did on my old setup at 18psi. Edit: As Jester said, I've still got a stock 160000km 99 ej205 sitting at home. Willing to let it go very cheap. It's useless to me.
