Well for a start the boost curve is largely determined by engine & turbo dynamics not by what ever controls the boost.
There are no "graphs and figures".
Stand alone ebc MAY hold the boost peak more solidly, but then again it may not....depending on the setup & adjustment.
3 port is an upgrade of the stock boost solenoid, it increases the stability of boost at peak.
Ebc removes / bypasses some of the factory safety features so can be riskier for the uninformed.
