Sounds like a good plan mate. Its not original though. There are a few brumby turbos that have been done. Best bet is to stick an old kingswood motor in a Datsun sunny with a 3 speed flintstones shiftkit and make like barny rubble.

I thought you guys were being a bit harsh at first.... then I kept reading
Hey dude... I can do you a favour and sell you my fully sic EJ20T LEONE... I know it's no Brumby but hey, if don't tell anyone they won't notice the difference!! Will even paint the manifold red and throw in a non-GENUINE STI sticker... Seriously. Your mates will never know the difference and will be SOOOOO envious! Cheap mate, real cheap!

x2 I'm tired of seeing brumby's, leone's, sportswagons etc with conversions. Be a man and step up to the plate with a Vortex!

Agreed. I'm also tired of hearing about how 'fullysik' a Brumby etc is going to be with a wrx driveline. It'll be heavier than a WRX by the time it's got the driveline and associated bits, the only reason a Brumby is light in the first place is because an EA81 can be picked up with one hand and the gearbox is as big as a coke can FFS!
