Sounds like a good plan mate. Its not original though. There are a few brumby turbos that have been done. Best bet is to stick an old kingswood motor in a Datsun sunny with a 3 speed flintstones shiftkit and make like barny rubble.

Agreed. I'm also tired of hearing about how 'fullysik' a Brumby etc is going to be with a wrx driveline. It'll be heavier than a WRX by the time it's got the driveline and associated bits, the only reason a Brumby is light in the first place is because an EA81 can be picked up with one hand and the gearbox is as big as a coke can FFS!
