If the old battery says 1.5V, dont put 12v on it. haha.
You'll get away with using a AA with some wire yeah.

new batteries are in and still doesnt want to work

UPDATE: it an dynamco alarm system..
anyone know how to sus them out?

ok ive gone under neath the dash and connected all the wires back together, all lights showing on dash now its just not starting the engine...

does any one know how to disconnect the switch without the alarm going off

The alarm is voltage sensing so the siren WILL go off if you hotwire/ try to bypass the system whilst it's armed.


Dynamco is in East perth...try the yellow pages

Or
Ashley electrical to supply & code up a new remote if you haven't fucked the system too much.

yeah i noticed its a dynamco alarm system, funny course there right behind my work

got RAC too came out, within 5minutes he had the car started
he said that the little black box is 50% dead, all he did was cliped on this little white clip and had it started

i got to the point where i can get all the lights on the dash on, but wouldnt turn over

so looks like ive gotta keep savin up for an exhaust system and get a new alarm system in

sounds like he's disabled your alarm and you're now running the factory immobiliser only
