Next port of call is the damper.. I'm going to pull it out of the return line and see if that fixes the prob.

Also, its a long shot but FPR could be dodgy... Brent, I might have to grab that spare off you just to try

If that doesn't solve, and all vacuum lines and fuel lines are in-tact, I'll be pointing my finger at the pump just being a bad pump.
