Default Lighter socket

alrighties.. i pluged my radar detector in and no power??

got the test light onto the fuse and had power...

so pulled out the socket it self, striped it down and noticed an L shaped fuse type wire was broken...problem solved(i hope)??

now where can i get one of those fuses from??

or just replace the whole socket itself if its 5-10 dollars??

if you want you can just replace it with a peice of wire, i dont think you can purchase the fuses any where else
or try jaycar, they might sell thermal fuses

Lets just hope it doesn't surge and fry the detector... I'm not electrical specialist, but it seems a fuse already protected you once?
