I think you should have it checked again. even minor adjustments of parts can throw the alignment out of whack. At rexpo my car was taily as all hell, power sliding out of every corner. I had an alignment done and the toe was out 3mm on the rear. After setting it to 0 it was much, much more stable the next time out.

Do you have R comps yet? If not that would be a better option first over the diff.

In short yes the front will obviously help, its all a step in the right direction.

Yeh i might look into getting some R-comps, any particular brands that people are using??

If it were me, I'd get the diff changed to 1.5 way so it doesn't lock up the other way when you lift off the loud pedal. This will make the car a lot more user friendly and is how I want to set my rex up atm.

So what actually happens when you lift off mid thrash?

Also, you adjust them with shims right? Mines set up like trev hit it with the stick welder one afternoon.

A powerslide becomes a Scandinavian flick in 0.01 of a second!

ie; you better start winding off the lock even before you feel it changing direction. That's all you were doing wrong at Rexpo Tino, not getting the opposite lock off it quick enough as you rolled off the wheelspin. If you're wheels are spinning and you suddenly back off, they gain grip and react to the steering. You started doing tank slappers that got bigger and bigger until unrecoverable. AHG/RAC is a much safer place to get your head around it than Barbagallo where you could possibly end up in the wall. The more experience you get the better.
