It's bullshit, I know At Audi we can actually stand inside the waiting area with coffee machine and tv, and watch through a window the guys working on the car and everything they are doing.

Could it be that theres been a mix up with people and it has been done, but others are unaware? Whats the condition of some of the oils and coolant?
