Default Headgasket and build questions

The new motor we put in seems to have blown a headgasket so I've strews to pull the motor out to strip down and freshen up. I'm looking at using some cosworth metal headgaskets and was just wondering what headgaskets you have used on your build an if these gaskets are worth buying. It seems the headgaskets seethe weakpoint of the ej20g's so I would like to strengthen that area as eat I can. I will be sending the heads off to clean up and skim if needed.

Also while I am there is there anything else worth upgrading. The aim of this car is to be a daily with trackwork on the side and for bow we want to keep to standard turbo running 10psi low boost and around 15psi high boost. I have considered a set or arp headstuds but again I want some opinions from those who have used them to see if it's worth it.
