Exactly. Usually a bit of a jump in engine revs aswell yeah?

Surely if it was leaking as it was getting regassed they would have detected a pressure issue?

hey Burke depends o how much they wanted your money I guess and where/how the gas was leaking.

When you hit the AC btton (may need a friend for this) is there a clicking noise from round the compressor? Maybe the clutch is knackered and doesn't engage, before all of the other stuff happens.?

I'm taking it back tomorrow as I needed the car back so hopefully they can suss it out.
I'm hoping it's just a simple electrical issue.. I don't think th compressor is cranking up.

bridge out the pressure switch and see if it kicks in. could also be a faulty pressure switch, is the compressor plugged in? Fuse, all said before

Just a little bit susspicious on the re-gassing and seeing it it leaks, waste of money i think...

even if i re-gas which is $120 it doesnt work then have to replace aircon compressor it will need another re-gas. so techniqly im wasting $120 dollars...

Also still need an idea on which aircon compressor's from which impreza's will fit my MY98 WRX?
