AFM wont fit in intake...
Currently swapping out my wrx bits to sti and changing to sti computer, 90mm afm and 440cc injectors.
The only problem im having is i cant get the 90mm sti meter to fit in my avo silicone intake, the wrx one is smaller in diameter. Any ideas on how to get it to fit? Have tried lots of screwdrivers, vaseline, elbow grease, yelling and swearing and also mind power which did fark all. Any ideas? |

Tried sitting it in hot water to make it more pliable?

taper the edge of the silicone with a stanley knife, silison spray lube, then fight it like trying to stuff a marshmallow into a coinslot it is possible

or put a metal ring inside the silicon for strength, get a piece big enough for the AFM and slide it over the silicon aswell?

Use liquid detergent/soap it'll dry, if you use silicon or similar spray it'll want to slip off.
