It'll be the up pipe heatsheild. They tend to come loose and make anoying rattling noises. When the cars cold, get your hand down and give it a rattle, tap it with a stick or something and see if it makes noise.

Hi all I have just my car looked at by Carline Exhaust in Malaga and after $400 they found that the wastegate was the rattle. They also told me that there should be a flex pipe in front of the cat which there is not one. What are your thoughts on the flex pipe, should I go for the flex pipe I will have to move the sensor forward.
Regards Steve.

I have never used a flex pipe and have never had issues with exhausts on the following:
MY94....4 years
MY99(Butler exhaust) ....4 years
MY02 (Butler exhaust) ...4 years
MY06 (Butler exhaust)...almost 5 years

....(hmmm...certain similarities in time scale here)
