most autosparkies do A/C as well. The bigger ones can modify hoses, or even make them from scratch. That would be your best bet. You need to use proper high pressure o-rings and proper A/C hose. pressures reach up to 1700kpa (thats 250psi).

There are 2 different sized pipes just between the GC8s that I know off.
Best bet would be to replace the compressor with one that suits the car.

ps, pretty sure I may have the right one here if your GC8 is 98 - 00.
its a MY98 GC8. The low pressure side pipe has been changed by the previous owner from the A/C repairer that worked on it. Anyone know of a autosparky that can make up the hose?

Meh. I managed to get a 2006 Impreza AC compressor to my 1989 Legacy with the Legacy intake manifold.

You must have the matching mounting brackets and tensioner for that AC pump. Then you need to get hybrid hoses made up at somewhere like Enzed. Wiring up the late model AC pump is simple.

got the aircon hoses made up and the aircon is working fine and cold. The problem now is that the radiator fans dont come on when i turn on the aircon. Should just be the simple task of wiring it up.
